Hillandale Farms – Payment Terms for Bulk Purchases

At Hillandale Farms, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent payment process for our bulk buyers. Below are the structured payment terms to ensure smooth transactions and mutual trust.

1. Payment Structure

For bulk purchases, payments must be completed in the following stages:

✔ 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) against Invoice and Contract – An initial deposit is required to confirm the order and initiate processing.

✔ 30% T/T against Shipping Documents and Bill of Lading (BL) – This payment is made once all shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, are provided as proof of shipment.

✔ 40% T/T after Delivery of Goods and Confirmation of Quantity & Quality – The remaining balance is due after the buyer has inspected and confirmed that the delivered goods meet the agreed quality and quantity standards.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

✔ Bank Transfers (T/T) – Direct and secure wire transfers.
✔ Letter of Credit (L/C) – Available for large-scale and international transactions upon agreement.
✔ Other Payment Arrangements – Alternative methods may be considered for long-term partners.

3. Currency & Transaction Fees

✔ Payments are accepted in USD ($), Euros (€), or other agreed currencies.
✔ Buyers are responsible for all transaction fees, including bank charges and currency conversion costs.

4. Delivery & Payment Confirmation

✔ Orders are processed only after receipt of the initial 30% deposit.
✔ Shipping is arranged once the 30% second installment has been confirmed.
✔ The final 40% balance must be settled upon successful delivery and inspection of the goods.

5. Refunds & Disputes

✔ Payments are non-refundable once orders are processed and shipped.
✔ Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
✔ Disputes will be resolved as per our Return & Refund Policy.
